Is firm and client data secure?

Yes. Firm, client, and case data remains owned by the firm, and Siyaq uses it only to provide the service, operate the system, and protect the account.

What happens if the subscription expires?

After the subscription expires, the account enters read-only mode. Firm team users can view all firm data, but they cannot add new data or edit existing data until the subscription is renewed.
